Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me! Please confirm all appointments. I truly understand life happens and sometimes schedule adjustments need to be made. but please give me a 24 hour notice. Without enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot.

The service is reserved for you personally, if there is Less than 24 hours cancellation notice, it will result in 50% of the reserved service amount.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If you no show or don’t cancel 24 hours in advance for multiple services I will have you prepay for your service to reserve that appointment.
